As you might guess from the photos our theme is BEARS
Copper & Brass!
30 year old log cabin nestled in a heavily wooded area surrounded by tall trees and mature
landscaping gives the entire neighborhood a warm a friendly feeling. With the perfect front
porch to greet friends and watch the neighbors....ha!

covered back patio...with service window out of kitchen....storage shed on back of garage
trees, flowers, bird bath and feeders surrounded by a fully fenced back yard. Very peaceful.

And YES the 45 Long Colt Winchester (above the door) is LOADED!

Notice the neat LEATHER rug...it smells wonderful and gives a great feeling to
the living area. All of the furniture we had custom built to match the feel of the cabin..
JoLeen's Karaoke system sits next to the flat screen TV with MEGA Mackie speakers
sitting alongside.

the entire home is finished in tongue and grove knotty pine walls except for the downstairs bath
which JoLeen just repainted.

Our NEW KITCHEN
We replaced the cabinets in the kitchen, they were TOO dark for our taste.
And of course the counter tops too.. along with the swag lamps over the sink!
JoLeen has her collection of copper and brass items displayed above the cabinets.
The old antique wall telephone is from my grand-parents homestead in Oklahoma
and was one of the 1st telephones ever installed in the panhandle of Oklahoma.
Matter-a-fact, the original Jack Dempsey prize fight was listened to on that phone
(broadcast over a party line from a radio) in 1921!

Freshly re-carpeted, new pillow top Queen bed and more! A really NEAT room!

Upstairs guest bath is done in tongue and grove knotty pine, which
is across from the staircase.
This is looking around our neighborhood from the front porch. It's a very pleasant and
restful area with some great neighbors.

As you can see I did some work on the front and made a special spot
for parking cycles on flat ground. Ha
TWO STORY LOG HOME - 2 BD/1 BA downstairs & 1 BD/1 BA upstairs.
Built in 1976 as a Model Home by a log home distributor with Spruce logs shipped
to Arizona from New Hampshire. 1075 square feet of cozy...comfy living space.
Just 5 minutes from (Green Valley Lake) in Payson. The lake is stocked
with trout every two weeks from late fall through early spring, and with
catfish from early spring through mid-summer and again in early fall.
There are 7 lakes and trout streams just 30 minutes from our front door.
The elevation in Payson is around 5,000 and the average temperature
during mid-summer is 60-75 degrees with highs getting up to around
92 in the heat of the summer.
